The founder's Second Seat.
A fractional COO in the seat beside you. In 90 days we find where execution is breaking, install the operating system your leadership team runs on, and repair the workflow that's bleeding worst — so the company follows through without everything depending on you.
Ninety days, three moves.
Founder intake, leadership interviews, a real look at how work actually moves. You get the Operational Debt map, the founder-bottleneck map, and the first fixes: one reopened decision closed, missing ownership assigned, the broken meetings cancelled.
The leadership operating system goes in: weekly founder session, a Weekly Business Review that produces decisions instead of status, a scorecard you trust, decision rights, and an accountability chart. We pick the one workflow bleeding worst and repair it.
We run the system in real conditions, coach your leaders on it, and verify the repair held. You finish with a quarterly plan, a hire-automate-build-or-stop roadmap, and an internal owner learning to run it — so it doesn't depend on me either.
The whole operating system, not a report.
- ·Founder and leadership interviews, plus the Operational Debt assessment
- ·Accountability chart and a company scorecard you actually trust
- ·Weekly founder session and the Weekly Business Review, installed and run
- ·Decision, priority, issue, risk, and action systems — one shared truth
- ·One major workflow repaired end to end (launches, client delivery, creative ops, hiring — whichever bleeds worst)
- ·AI opportunity map and one working automation shipped
- ·Hiring and role recommendations, with the first quarterly planning cycle
- ·A transition plan: what stays, who owns it, and what I'd do next
Not included: big custom software builds, full tool migrations, and multi-role recruiting searches. Those get scoped separately when the reset says they're worth it — and only then. Want the install-by-install breakdown? The operating system, piece by piece →
One engagement. Two ways to pay for it.
Same engagement, same 90 days, same scope. The standard rate is $25,000, paid monthly. The first two clients pay $3,500 a month instead, staggered so each gets the seat properly, in exchange for a documented case study. It isn't a discount you talked me into. It's a trade: you get the price, I get the proof I don't have yet.
No fake countdown: that date is real, and so is the two-seat cap. It isn't a scarcity trick, it's the honest limit of doing this properly.
You're never more than a month in. If the first month's diagnosis doesn't show you exactly where you're leaking, stop there.
And you finish with what I promised: the operational debt map, the operating system installed, and one workflow repaired and verified under real conditions. If any of those three isn't done, I keep working until it is, at no additional fee. I guarantee what I control, not a number your market decides.
Then the seat stays filled — at the level you need.
Your team runs the operating system; I stay beside you for the decisions that matter. Monthly review, quarterly planning, weekday access.
I keep running the Weekly Business Review, the scorecard, and the follow-through. It's the continuation I'd point most founders to.
Daily operating presence on your leadership team: org design, hiring, cross-functional initiatives, the systems and AI roadmap.
Ongoing Advisory, and the build lane behind every seat, live on their own page with prices in the open. When something needs building — automations, internal tools, AI workflows — my team builds it inside whatever engagement you're in.
Who this is for.
- ·Founder-led DTC brands and the agencies that serve them
- ·The founder is still the router: decisions, escalations, and follow-through all route through you
- ·Good people, real revenue, and a growing gap between what's decided and what ships
- ·Looking for an executive assistant with a COO title
- ·Won't share the real numbers or give anyone authority to change things
- ·Still finding product-market fit — this multiplies an engine, it doesn't build one
Ten years inside commerce. Six of them in the seat beside one CEO — the thread's still running. An agency's #2 seat through a 56% growth year. 400+ founders advised. The full track record, every seat, every receipt →
