AI30 · season 0, being built in public

Ship one real thing with AI.

Thirty days. Thirty minutes a weekday. At the end you have one useful thing you can point someone at, instead of another folder of prompts.

Everyone I know has been “learning AI” for a year and has nothing to show anyone. The problem was never the tools. It's that learning has no finish line and building does.

why this exists

A course you didn't finish is just operational debt you paid for.

You decided to learn this. It didn't happen. That's the same gap between decided and done that I fix in companies, except this time it's yours. AI30 is that fix, pointed at you: a scope small enough to survive a real week, and a date that makes it true.

the first run

I'm taking AI30 first.

Before the cohort opens I'm running the same thirty days on myself, in public, to build AI30 itself. What works stays. What doesn't gets cut where you can see it. If the format can't survive me using it, you shouldn't pay thirty dollars for it.

how it works

A small crew. A clear finish line.

01
Pick something you can actually finish

Not the ambitious version. The smallest version that would still be useful to someone. Most people fail here, on day one, by choosing too big.

02
Thirty minutes, every weekday

The plan gets smaller to fit your life. Your life doesn't get bigger to fit the plan. Claude keeps the scope honest when you start drifting.

03
Day 30, show the thing

A link someone else can open. Not notes, not a prompt library, not a certificate. A thing that works.

Claude pressure-tests your plan on day 0 and grades the finished thing on day 30. I build alongside you the whole way, on my own thirty minutes.

who it's not for

Don't join if you want to understand AI in general. This only works if there's a specific thing you want to exist. Also skip it if thirty minutes a weekday isn't real for you right now, because the whole design depends on that being true rather than aspirational.

Your next useful build has a date.
