Advisory: a fractional operating partner who sits beside you, every week.

For founder-led DTC brands and the agencies that serve them. Advisory is for the debt your people owe. The good decisions that get made in the room, then quietly reopen by Friday. I take the seat beside you every week, so each one gets an owner and a date before it leaves the room. Systems debt gets the build lane. New here? Most founders start with the 90-Day Operating Reset.

who it's for

Built for one situation. Honest about the rest.

Built for you
  • Founder-led DTC brands and the agencies that serve them
  • The founder is still the router. Decisions, escalations, and follow-through all route through you
  • Real revenue, good people, and a gap between what's decided and what ships
Not the right fit
  • Looking for an executive assistant with a COO title
  • Won't share the real numbers, or give anyone authority to change things
  • Still finding product-market fit. This multiplies an engine you already have.
what you get

What the seat gives you, every week.

  • One 60-minute call a month, on your calendar
  • Decisions you bring get made, written down, and owned before the call ends
  • Email between calls for the quick unblocks
pricing, in the open

Advisory
one call a month
$1,500/mo

Advisory Weekly
the standing seat
$3,000/mo

The weekly version. You decided it, the room nodded, and by Friday it's open again. I sit beside you while we close the gap between deciding and doing.

monthly · cancel anytime

When you need hands in a seat, I help you hire and onboard the right person onto the system. That's the whole point of the method. A deeper embedded seat exists by application only, and it ends the same way: with the system running without me.

The build lane
a forward-deployed AI engineer, inside any engagement
a switch, not a tier

For the debt your systems owe. The Monday report still gets built by hand. I find the leak, build the fix myself, and you own what ships. Building isn't a separate door you buy. It runs inside whatever seat you're in:

  • ·Inside the 90-Day Reset: the AI opportunity map and the first working automation ship as standard scope
  • ·Inside an embedded seat (by application): the full systems and AI roadmap comes with it
  • ·Advisory clients switch build months on at $5,000/mo while something's being built, off when it's done
  • ·Bigger scopes run as $7,500 to $15,000 fixed-price sprints.

I just quoted the highest retainer price I've ever quoted in my life! It scared the shit out of me, but I said the number thanks to you. I'm proud of myself!

There are not enough words to express my gratitude towards Matt. Matt is your right-hand man.

Matt has helped me so much. He's literally like a big brother to me. There to help with anything, seemingly at any time. Working with Matt is DEFINITELY something you want to do.

common questions

Common questions.

What do we work on?

Whatever's on your desk: a decision, a hire, a hard conversation, the thing you keep avoiding. And the stuff underneath it. The blind spots and beliefs that keep tripping you up. Ten years in this space also means I usually know who you should call. I use whatever tool fits the moment; I don't run you through a program.

Will you do the work for me?

If it's a systems problem, yes. That's the build lane: I'm the engineer, I build the fix, you steer it, and you own what ships. If it's a people-and-decisions problem, no. Nobody can install trust or hand you a decision. That one we work in the seat, together. The first call, on me, tells you which of the two you've got.

Do you take equity or rev-share?

No. Monthly fee, cancel anytime. I want my incentive to be making you successful enough to keep me around, not owning a piece of something I'm not building.

Matt Lady

You shouldn't make the hard call alone.

The call's on me, and it's me you'll talk to, not a funnel. Bring the real thing and we'll work it live.
