I explain why important work keeps breaking down.
I translate the people, process, AI, and software problems hiding inside everyday commerce work for DTC brands and ecommerce agencies. With my brother Mike at Enterprise Vibe Code, we find the weak link, make the smallest reliable fix, prove it works, and hand it over.
Lady's Letter
One useful story from the work each week, including the parts I got wrong and the lessons I am still testing.

Why the work keeps coming back.
Someone changes the offer in Slack. The landing page keeps the old version. Sales tells a third story. Support explains all three.

Rework · delays · inconsistent delivery · missed revenue · lost trust
What I write about.
Work that keeps coming back
Repeated cleanup, re-deciding, founder routing, unclear ownership, exceptions, handoffs, SOPs, and communication gaps.
Work the business cannot afford to get wrong
Reporting decisions, storefront changes, releases, evidence, alerts, response, recovery, and handoff.
How teams get good at AI
Shared sources, reusable workflows, examples, review, exceptions, ownership, adoption, and improvement.
When a useful tool becomes business-critical
What changes when an app gains real users, payments, sensitive data, team dependence, or a new operator.
Paid media is where I learned to follow the problem past the ad account.
Following them took me from intern to strategist, then out on my own as a freelancer, advisor, graphic-tee founder, and agency owner.
I went back inside companies as a head of growth, director of operations and sales, director of ecommerce marketing, and fractional head of revenue. The path was linear. Ish. It crossed agencies, DTC brands, small SaaS companies, and businesses of my own.
That does not make me an expert in everything. It means I have seen the same decision from more than one side.
Read how I got hereMore people means more ways for the standard to change.
Three people can create three direct one-to-one connections. Ten can create forty-five, whether they sit inside your company or at an outside agency or partner.
- 3 people3 possible connections
Founder sets the standard → Director sets the priorities → Team member makes the calls
- 6 people15 possible connections
Sales, Creative, and CX each get a piece.
- 10 people45 possible connections
An agency or partner joins the chain.
- Customer or client
Gets one version. Whatever made it through.
