Proof, or a dated empty slot.
No logo wall, no invented ROI numbers. Every claim on this page traces to a real artifact with a date on it. Where the artifact doesn't exist yet, you get the slot and the date it lands — not a placeholder metric.
Three receipts, dated.
The agent-run operating system I install runs my own business first. On July 17 an AI agent took a ticket off my board cold, built the change in an isolated branch, passed typecheck, lint, and build, shipped it live to this site — and a second agent independently verified the result on the live pages before the ticket closed. The run log and the verifier's verdict are written into the ticket file itself.
Check it yourself: view source on /advisory — the structured-data block that run shipped is still serving.
A one-table ledger that counts sales asks actually sent versus artifacts built, one row per day. Drafts and “almost sent” count as zero; only sends count. It exists because builders hide in the building — the board goes red any week the asks hit zero. First rows, verbatim: Jul 17 — 1 ask sent (a priced proposal, receipt confirmed), 20 artifacts shipped. Jul 18 — 0 asks sent, 4 artifacts. Publishing the zero is the point.
Every piece of the operating system runs as a working demo, on labeled demo data, at the mechanism showcase. It proves the machines run end to end. It is not client proof, and it isn't dressed up as any.
Reset #0: I'm client zero.
The first 90-Day Operating Reset runs on my own business — same phases, same artifacts, same scrutiny. It starts Monday, July 20, 2026. These three slots are week one. They stay empty until the artifact exists, because a dated empty slot beats an invented number.
The 90-minute diagnosis pass, run on my own business first — the same first move every client reset opens with.
The scorecard I ask clients to trust, running live on my own numbers.
The register that keeps decisions closed, with a real decision of mine — dated, owned, and closed — as entry one.
This is the standard the work is held to.
The reset that produces these artifacts — and your case study, if you take a founding seat — lives on one page.
